RIGHT SIDED BELLY OEDEMA COW

A cow reported to be off feed was tentatively diagnosed as impaction of the forestomachs and treated accordingly. It devoloped appettite by about eigth day but developed severe oedema of the under belly extending from udder to brisket on the right side of the median line. Conjunctival oedema was also noted in both the eyes. On rectal palpation posterior to the right Kidney hard swelligs could be palpated which could be moved about. The right mid flank region had a swelling visible externally which was painful on palpation. I suspectede an obstruction to the Venous/ Lymphatic drainage of the area. Still not sure. Any suggestions?
